20 Rice Paper Wrappers

2-3 tbsp Avocado or Coconut oil
1 lb Ground Turkey
4 oz Green Cabbage, minced
4 oz Red Cabbage, minced
3 oz Carrots, minced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
5 Green Onions, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
¾ tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

Dipping Sauce
3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Fried Chili Oil
Sesame Seeds
