Vegan Soy-Mate: Korean Spicy Braised Tofu / 비건 두부 조림

Never has tofu been soy good! This vegan dish is steeped with flavor and tastes delicious warm or cold. Whip it up in less than 15 minutes for a meal that’s all things good: healthy, umami, and easy to make with a light kick!

1 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Powder)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Cooking Wine
½ tbsp Garlic, minced
3 tbsp Scallion, chopped
½ tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sesame Oil

1 pkg Organic Farm Firm Tofu
¼ cup Water
½ tsp Salt
