1 lb Sushi Grade Salmon, thinly and widely slice
15 g Pan-fried Kimchi
1 sheet Sushi Nori

Rice
630 g Cooked Rice
3 tbsp Seasoned Dried Seaweed Flakes
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Tobiko Caviar
1 cup Chopped Scallion
3 tbsp Mayonnaise

String Bean
3 tbsp Water
2 oz String Bean, rinsed
1 tbsp Butter
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Smoked Salmon
0.5 lbs Salmon
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Rosemary, as preferred
