Ingredients (serving 2-3)
1ea Salmon steak
2cups Sushi Rice
2tbsp Scallion, chopped
Sauce : 2tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp mirin, 1tsp wasabi
1. Soak rice in water for 30mins and drain. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
2. In a pot, put soaked rice and water, then bring it to boil over high heat. when it starts boiling, turn down to low and put salmon and egg. Cover with lid and cook for 10mins.
3. Turn off the heat and leave it for another 10 mins. Top with scallion. Serve immediately with sauce. Tell your dad to mix the sauce with rice and enjoy as much as he can!
