Ingredients(serving size: 2)
2cups frozen clam
2 fresh wheat flour noodles (or udon noodles)
1tsp rock salt
1/2tbsp minced garlic
Garnish: red hot pepper
1. Thaw the frozen clam and wash them with running water. Put them in boiling water. Boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Put fresh noodles while it’s boiling. Add sliced zucchini and salt to taste. Put minced garlic and chopped scallion.
3. Garnish with red hot pepper. If you want spicy soup, boil some more with peppers in. When noodles are cooked, it’s ready to go! Serve immediately.
