Korean Bean Sprout Soup / 콩나물 해장국
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
½ Cod Head
¼ Green Onion
1 handful Bean Sprouts
Water
1 tbsp Salted Shrimp
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 Egg
Garnish: Green Onions, Red Pepper Flakes and Sesame Seeds
Directions:


1. Add cod heads and green onions (or the stems of green onions) into a pot.
Fully fill with tail-cut sprouts and add water.


2. On a stove, boil for approximately 7 minutes and cover with a lid
in order to get rid of the odor.

3. When it starts to boil, add in salted shrimp and minced garlic.


4. Just before turning the fire off, add an egg.
Finish with green onions, red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.
