Ingredients
3 lbs Pork Shoulder, divided
¼ cup Vegetable Oil
3-inch Ginger, julienned
3 Stalks Scallion, chopped into 1½-inch pieces
5 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Powder
2 chunks Fermented Bean Curd, mashed
1 tbsp Fermented Bean Curd Sauce
¼ cup Honey
2 tbsps Sugar
1 cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Shaoxing Rice Wine
