Bulgogi Nachos & Kimchi Fries / 불고기 나쵸와 김치 프라이스

Whether it’s nachos or French fries, the one thing we can always count on is a good bulgogi and kimchi topping. A great starter for the Memorial holiday!!

250 g Frozen French Fries
4-5 oz Nacho Chips
200 g Kimchi, diced
40 g Jalapeño, diced
8 tbsp Nacho Cheese Sauce
3 tbsp Sour Cream
100 g Canned Corn
20 g Olive Slices
1 ½ tsp Olive Oil
1 Tomato, cubed
1 Avocado, cubed
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Mexican Cheese Mix
1 Scallion, sliced
Vegetable Oil

150 g Ground Beef
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Sugar
1 ½ tsp Green Plum Syrup
Salt and pepper, to taste
