So filling ! So pretty! Treat your summer right with these Rice summer rolls! HTC_써머롤_900_01 Ingredients (serving 2-3) 4cups Cooked rice 10-15ea Rice wrapper 3ea Avocado 1/2ea Red cabbage 2tbsp lemon juice 2tbsp sugar 1tsp salt 1ea Kiwi 5ea Cherry tomatoes 1ea Mango 10ea Cocktail Shrimp 1/2cup Salmon sashimi 1/2ea Radish Leaves : Basil, cilantro, radish sprout   HTC_써머롤_900_03 1. Bring water to boil and cook shrimp. Slice veggies and fruits thinly. Slice cabbage very thinly using a peeler, then season with lemon juice and salt, sugar. Shape rice as sushi rice. Tomato & basil / avocado & salmon / cilantro & shrimp & radish / mango & red cabbage (garnished with radish sprout and black sesame seeds)   HTC_써머롤_900_07HTC_써머롤_900_09 3. Dip a rice wrapper into a bowl of warm water and place it onto flat surface such as cutting board, place toppings first, then rice.
