Returns & Exchanges
Returns will only be accepted if returned in original retail packaging including all accessories unless otherwise told by the seller.
No returns will be accepted for defective products if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
If the item is defective, please contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization(R.M.A) number for replacement. If the product is tested defective after we receive, we will ship a replacement to back to you, otherwise, the same non-defective item will be shipped back.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and we are responsible for the postage for mailing a new item to you. the original shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstance including DOA(Defective or Arrival) product.
The product must be returned in re-sellable condition within 14 days after receiving date for a full refund except original shipping. Otherwise, a 15% - 40% restocking fee will be applied, based on item condition.
If returned between 15 - 25 days after receiving date, a 15% - 30% restocking fee will be applied.

If the product is returned after 26 days of receiving date, you will qualify for repair service ONLY for up to 1 year. Or you can contact the manufacture directly for a faster service.
